Paramedic Services

Middlesex Hospital paramedics are based in our Essex Emergency Department, and on call around the clock to begin treatment at the scene of critical emergencies.

Middlesex Hospital paramedics provide emergency medical services to the towns of Essex, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, Westbrook and Deep River, Chester, Clinton, Killingworth, 24 hours a day. Being able to provide these services before a patient in critical condition gets to the Emergency Department is extremely important. Paramedics receive special medical training that enables them to provide an advanced level of emergency medical services.
